  • 1 tbsp mustard oil (Sarson ka tel – सरसों का तेल)

Instructions:

  • 1 tsp red chili powder (Lal mirch powder – लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
  • ½ tsp garam masala (Garam masala – गरम मसाला)
  • 1 tbsp mustard oil (Sarson ka tel – सरसों का तेल)
  • Salt (Namak – नमक)
  • Optional: bell peppers, onions (Shimlamirch, pyaz – शिमला मिर्च, प्याज़)

Instructions:

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and marinate for 30 minutes (overnight for extra flavor).
  2. Preheat the airfryer to 200°C.
  3. Airfry for 12 minutes, flipping halfway.

  • Salt, pepper, herbs (Namak, Kali Mirch, Jari-Booti – नमक, काली मिर्च, जड़ी-बूटी)
  • 1 tbsp oil (Tel – तेल)

Instructions:

  1. Mash everything together to make a soft dough.
